I went to the BespokedBristol show as a new builder (although a few folk were a bit puzzled by a new builder of my age who built their first bike in 1995, including the judges).
Still it was a good way to see what the public reaction to my bikes was and whether or not someone would be prepared to buy a custom-build bike from me.
I really enjoyed my first show and meeting all those new people and chatting for two and a half days. Fantastic.
And I was able to catch up with a couple of folk too so all in all a great weekend.
